Store Policy
The information below contains our policy on returns and exchanges. Please read carefully.

Please note that the following policies are a little strict and in some cases might seem unfair but please realize that we are making little to no profits with this website so we can't afford to lose any money. Remember, this site was put up by salsa dancers to help the salsa community. We know how expensive our passion for dance can be which is why our prices are so low. We beileve strongly in the salsa community and want to do our part in helping it grow.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Any item purchased cannot be returned or exchanged after two weeks (14 days) from the date received. If you need to return or exchange your items, please do so within this two week period.
  • Any items that show any sign of usage cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have purchased shoes, we strongly recommend you try them on over a clean, soft surface such as carpet. This will help prevent the bottoms from becoming dirty and having a used appearance.
Refund Policy
  • Item must be in new condition in order to receive a refund.
  • Shoes must have a clean bottom and no creases.
  • Shoes returned for a refund will be subjected to a $15.00 restocking fee.
  • Shoes cannot be soiled in any way. For example sweat markings inside the shoe.
  • Customer must pay the shipping fees for items to be sent back to the manufacturer.
  • If you decide to send your items back for a refund and they do not appear to be in brand new condition, your refund will be denied and you will be required to pay the shipping fees to have the items sent back to you. So please make sure the items are in brand new condition.
Exchange Policy
  • Item must be in new condition in order to qualify for an exchange.
  • Shoes must have a clean bottom and no creases.
  • Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee, however shipping charges will have to be paid by the customer. This includes shipping fees from you to the manufacturer AND shipping fees from the manufacturer back to you.
  • If you decide to exchange your items and they do not appear to be in brand new condition, your exchange will be denied and you will be required to pay the shipping fees to have the items sent back to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • Once you receive your items please inspect them carefully. If you notice any damages or defects please take photos of the damaged area and send them to Support@SalsaStore.net for review. We will then forward these pictures to the manufacturer and they will determine what options are available. If the items are in brand new condition and damages or defects appear to be caused by the manufacturer, you can have the item replaced or receive store credit towards a different item. You will not have to pay any shipping fees for the new item.
  • If the items are used and you notice a defect, we ask you take photos of the defective area and send them to Support@SalsaStore.net. These photos will then be sent to the manufacturer to determine which options are available for you.
